Giulia Romeo, or Gee, is a Filipina. She speaks 4 languages - English & Tagalog mainly, Ilocano with her family, and Spanish if a gun is put to my head by someone who speaks Spanish.
Chikca is a play on the Tagalised Spanish word "Chica." It originally means "girl," but its meaning evolved with the Tagalogs to mean "gossip." Hence, the title of this blog.
