i had my "interview" yesterday, is it tho?
i had the "interview" yesterday. it didn't feel like it. it was mostly my boss trauma dumping on how fucked up our situation is and she also asked me how i can fix it.
the only answer was, to do everything i suggested to my manager a year ago, but he didn't listen.
i'm feeling positive about this.
