manifesting a promotion
i just submitted my application for the director role. i know this is a start-up and is nowhere near a huge company, but it has its potentials and i could only see it growing, and i want to be a part of it.
the boss looks like she was happy to see my application, i hope she's happy to select me too. it seems like she's looking to talk to other external applicants too which is fair.
